Since joining GSI in 2022, Mr. Özdemir has been a key member of the firm, where he currently serves as a Senior Associate. His primary focus is on large-scale domestic and international construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. Mr. Özdemir has played a significant role in numerous PPP and privatization initiatives, showcasing his proficiency in transactional matters that include venture capital, asset/share acquisitions, and private equity. Additionally, he offers expert counsel in maritime and aviation law and adeptly represents clients in conflicts and disputes resolved through arbitration procedures.

Mr. Özdemir also provides strategic guidance and consultation across a broad spectrum of areas, such as corporate and commercial law, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. His comprehensive expertise and dedicated approach enable him to address the complex legal needs of his clients effectively.
