Mrs. Öznur Özhan Ekinci, a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, joined GSI in July 2022 after completing her legal internship. As a litigation attorney, she has specialized in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Labor Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, and Administrative Law. Mrs. Özhan Ekinci has achieved various degrees in the Judicial Judgeship exams organized by the Ministry of Justice.
From 2019 to 2022, she served reputable financial institutions and companies, particularly in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, and Execution and Bankruptcy Law. Mrs. Özhan Ekinci has played a significant role at GSI in developing legal infrastructure for advanced systems and managing litigation processes for domestic and international companies.
In her five years of professional experience, Mrs. Özhan Ekinci has successfully represented numerous clients, both individuals and companies, in courts, relevant institutions, and alternative dispute resolution processes. She continues to provide consultancy services and manages litigation for both domestic and foreign companies operating internationally, especially in areas such as Commercial Law, Labor Law, Law of Obligations, and Execution and Bankruptcy Law.
