Metehan Baskıcıoğlu, after completing his legal internship in 2020, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has focused his professional activities primarily in Private Law. Since August 2023, he has been a Senior Associate at GSI. In this role, Mr. Baskıcıoğlu actively engages in both the written and oral stages of disputes, specializing in Contracts Law / Law of Obligations, Civil Law, Labour Law, Consumer Law, and Arbitration Proceedings.
Additionally, Mr. Baskıcıoğlu has represented clients in disputes involving Insurance Law, Criminal Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and other litigation proceedings, including recognition and enforcement. He has extensive experience in correcting and renewing judgments related to these disputes. Furthermore, Mr. Baskıcıoğlu is well-versed in the procedures for individual applications to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights, having made numerous such applications.
Since joining GSI, Mr. Baskıcıoğlu has had the opportunity to integrate his legal expertise with the firm's advanced technological systems and artificial intelligence. He continues to develop his skills in line with the firm's innovative vision.
