In 2009, Mr. Burak Cem Tuter obtained his lawyer's license and registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Since then, he has been actively working with local and international clients, offering legal advice in areas such as Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Compliance. Mr. Tuter has experience working on M&A and IPO projects, and he has effectively contributed to the transition and execution of compliance processes for the international companies he has represented.

In addition to his work in these areas, Mr. Tuter specializes in preventive law, where he analyzes risks for companies and provides consultancy services to aid their business development. He has spent many years working with prominent law firms and representing leading companies in various sectors.
