• Drafting, negotiating and executing all types of commercial contracts, protocols etc.
• Providing legal consultancy to the Clients in commercial and corporate matters.
• Conducting legal research and draft reports, correspondence and other documents.
• Following the current legislation and the changes in the legislation regarding the Client's relevant fields of expertise.
• Conducting due diligence in projects.
• Conducting daily corporate work including organizing general assembly meetings etc.
